These terms apply to bookings made directly with Luna Marina via lunamarina.com.
Reservations
Public booking opens in early 2026. Waitlist members receive access 4–6 weeks earlier with locked opening rates held for 72 hours.
Payment
Pay on arrival available for direct bookings. Festival-week reservations may require a deposit, communicated at the time of booking.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in for standard bookings. Festival-week and group bookings have a separate policy released with rates.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in from 15:00. Check-out by 11:00. Late check-out available on festival nights, subject to availability.
Children
Children of all ages are welcome. Cribs and extra beds available on request. Some rooms connect into family suites.
Pets
Pets are not permitted, with the exception of registered service animals.
Liability
Luna Marina is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings. Valuables should be stored in your room safe.
