Luna Marina is the work of a small team — operator-owned, design-led, and obsessed with the Black Sea coast we grew up on. We took a tired 1970s coastal block in central Costinești and stripped it back to its concrete frame. What we are rebuilding is a 27-key boutique hotel that does the basics properly and a few details exceptionally.
We are not a chain. We are not a brand experiment. We are a family-run hotel project led by people who have spent every summer of their lives on this coast, who can tell you which bakery opens at five, where the wind blows hardest in July, and which beach bar is worth your evening. We bring the same approach to the hotel: heated micro-cement floors, custom oak millwork, hand-glazed bathroom tile, a 24/7 reception that speaks English, Romanian and Russian, and a Moon Lounge with filter coffee from seven in the morning.
Costinești is changing. The Beach Please festival has put it on the map for a new generation, and Romania’s Black Sea coast is being rebuilt around us. We own 27 keys at the centre of it — three minutes from the sea, four minutes from the festival gate, and a short walk to the obelisc. We open in August 2026.
